These terms are specific to Somatic Healing Container package and also serve as an extension to the general terms and conditions.
Coaching Programme Terms
Commitment Period: By enrolling in our online Kundalini and yoga classes, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months. This applies to all live and pre-recorded sessions provided as part of your membership or package.
Payment and Fees: Payment must be made in full or through a scheduled payment plan at the time of enrolment. You are responsible for completing all payments during the initial three-month term, regardless of attendance or participation.
No Refund Policy: All purchases are non-refundable. This includes class fees, subscriptions, and any digital materials provided. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions, changes in availability, or dissatisfaction.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are not permitted within the initial three-month commitment period. After this period, you may cancel your subscription by providing at least five (5) calendar days’ written notice before your next Billing Cycle by emailing hello@aera-wellness.com. Late cancellations may result in charges for the upcoming cycle.
Auto-Renewal: Unless cancelled in accordance with the above policy, your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis (monthly or as agreed at sign-up).
Client Responsibility: You are responsible for attending scheduled classes, managing your participation, and practising within your physical limits. Missed classes are not eligible for rescheduling unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property: All content provided—including live classes, recordings, and written materials—is the intellectual property of Aēra. You agree not to copy, share, or distribute any materials without written permission. Breach of this term may result in immediate termination of access.
Confidentiality: We treat all personal information shared in sessions with confidentiality, unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm or legal obligation).
