To prepare for a session, avoid eating for at least 2 hours beforehand. Refrain from consuming alcohol or any substances ideally for at least 24 hours prior to your session.

Allow yourself ample time to arrive at the location, settle in, and ground yourself before the session begins. Most importantly, approach the session with an open mind and heart.

During a session, you may experience various physical and emotional sensations, such as tingling, warmth, or coolness throughout your body. Emotional releases like crying, shaking, or even sobbing can occur as stored energy is released.

Some individuals report vivid visions, including past-life memories, ancestral images, or dream-like visuals. Spontaneous bodily movements, known as kriyas, and vocal expressions like shouting or yelling may also happen, helping to clear energy from the throat chakra.

Other possible experiences include feelings of deep love, bliss, a connection to the divine or higher self, and a sense of profound rest and relaxation as energy flows through you.
